The Mazda Bongo is an absolutely classic campervan conversion, in fact, it’s responsible for kicking off the phenomenon in Japan, and it’s still as popular as ever today!
We love the Bongo thanks to its timeless styling and compact design, which makes it equally suited for a run to the shops or a road trip across the country. Beloved for many years, the Bongo campervan is built on the truly reliable Mazda Bongo chassis, which ensures it will stand the test of time and be a joy to drive.
Inside, the campervan is cosy and compact but still features enough space to fit a host of creature comforts to enable you to feel at home, no matter where you are.
As with all of our campervans, the Bongo comes with air conditioning as standard, as well as electric windows and electric mirrors.
With convenient access from the rear and side doors, the Bongo is ideal for families and enthusiasts alike who want to get out and explore.

Bed
Our bespoke ‘rock and roll’ style beds are expertly made by our team to fit our campers precisely, making use of the interior space to maximise comfort as well as storage space.
These beds are fantastic as they can fold up into standard car seats when they aren’t in use, with integrated seatbelts for safety and high-quality materials for your comfort.
Our team can upholster these seats in any material you like, including suede, leather and cotton – we can really make your camper your own!
As these beds are designed in-house, we’ve been able to make them to our own specifications, meaning they are actually quite a bit larger than most other campervan beds whilst taking up the same amount of seating space!
Construction
The kitchen units in our campervans are all made from high-quality lightweight furniture plywood, in a variety of finishes. Whilst this is a durable and long-lasting material, it is also significantly lighter than alternative materials.
These fittings are all made on-site and by hand by our expert team, who have a wealth of experience.
We are able to supply it in a variety of different colours and finishes, which, combined with our upholstery options, means you can really customise the interior of your van to your liking.
Kitchen
One of the best parts about owning a campervan is the ability to have a “home-away-from-home”, and what home is complete without a kitchen?
Our campervans feature a spacious sink with running water and a 2-burner gas cooker as standard, so you can cook up a delicious meal no matter where you are.
Pop-top roof
Specially constructed from hard-wearing and weather-resistant materials, our pop-top roofs give space for up to two extra sleepers.
Electrical
Whether you are on a campsite with a hook-up or out in the wilderness under the stars, our campervan conversions are designed to enable you to feel at home with power, wherever you are.
This is handled by our bespoke leisure battery unit, which provides power for you to use throughout your campervan, as well as powering the low-voltage LED lights which illuminate the interior.
It is possible to fit solar panels as extra, too, allowing you to recharge the leisure battery whilst out and about. This option is great for those who like to take trips off-grid where electrical hook-ups are few and far between, and it provides extra peace of mind as you will always have power available.
